What You’ll Be Doing

Connect with Customers

Represent well-known brands through face-to-face residential campaigns, speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and creating positive experiences.

Develop Your Sales Skills

Learn how to confidently communicate, build rapport, present products and services, handle objections, and close sales through practical, hands-on training.

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

Build genuine relationships with customers and provide professional, friendly support while helping them find solutions that suit their needs.

Work as Part of a Team

Work alongside experienced team members who will provide coaching, feedback, and support as you develop.

Your First 2 Days

Day 1 — Introduction & Training

Your first day is designed to give you a strong understanding of the business, the role, our clients, and the sales process.

You’ll receive hands-on training and coaching, meet the team, learn the fundamentals of customer interaction, and get an insight into what it takes to succeed in the role.

Day 2 — Practical Development

On your second day, you’ll build on what you learned through practical training, role-play, coaching, and real-world sales preparation.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback, and develop the confidence needed to progress.

No experience? No problem. Our training is designed to help you learn step-by-step.
