The Role
Seeking a B2B Sales Specialist to identify, acquire, and grow distributor and reseller partnerships for solar panel and Bluetti product lines. This is a channel sales role focused on building long-term B2B relationships.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and onboard new distributors/resellers in the solar and energy storage space
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closing
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and distribution agreements
• Build lasting relationships with partners and provide product training/support
• Track distributor performance and report on sales pipeline
• Represent SFZ Power Gen at trade shows and industry events

What You'll Need

• 2–5 years of B2B/channel sales experience
• Proven success acquiring and growing distributor or reseller networks
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Solar, renewable energy, or power/electronics industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
