Centralized dashboards help parents, teachers, guides, and administrators streamline operations, reduce complexity, and maintain clear, organized records across the learning ecosystem.

Role Description

The best sales reps don't sell. They connect people to something they already needed.

Luminari is rebuilding the infrastructure of independent education, and we need someone who can find the families, microschools and co-ops who are ready for it and show them what's possible.

This isn't a cold-call-a-hundred-strangers role. It's a relationship role. You're walking into communities where people are already passionate about education and showing them a better way to run it. You believe in what you're selling because it actually matters.

You'll work directly with the founder. 1099, commission-based.

Qualifications

• You sell by building trust, not pressure

• You can walk into a community, earn credibility and open doors

• You handle rejection without flinching and keep going anyway

• Experience in education, edtech, homeschool or microschool communities is a major plus

• You genuinely believe education needs a rebuild, and you want to be part of it

• Strong communicator, written and verbal

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
