Sales Representative

About the role

Sales Executive is primary responsible for negotiating sales, cost, deliveries and specifications with buyers and business executives. The role involves growing sell-in and sell-out volume in Retail channel.

Farm Fresh Distribution Inc. (FFDI) is the distribution arm of Farm Fresh Milk Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage orders, returns, logistics and collections
• Manage merchandisers to ensure stock availability across all accounts
• Provide customers with detailed and accurate pricing calculations
• Attend to customers' queries and ensure proper sales in-store execution
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
• Align with current promotions, trends, and pricing strategies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in management/administration/business studies-related courses
• At least 2 - 4 years solid experience in sales, trade marketing, customer service and merchandising management
• Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude in networking and building relationships, project management skills, problem-solving and negotiation
• Good communication, coordination, and proactiveness competencies
• Adaptive to start-up environment
• Can start immediately
• Previous work experience as Key Account, Retail Sales Executive will be an advantage
• Exposure on Dairy and Food Manufacturing, logistics and distribution are a plus
• Proficient MS Office and exposure in computerized accounting systems is an advantage
