Sales Representative

SIMCO Building Products is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on building strong client relationships, driving sales, and supporting residential and commercial projects across the Carolinas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Understand client needs and recommend the right SIMCO products and services
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate with install and office teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Track sales activity and meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction, building products, or related industry preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
