We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre seeking a qualified General Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and close/make the sale
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and fitness needs
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events around the community to promote the studio
• Assumes the responsibility for developing selling skills
• Process accurate credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Attend and complete relative training programs
• Take pictures/capture stories for our social media platform
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned by studio owner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills required
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Self-motivated and takes initiatives
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• An affinity and passion for fitness and Pure Barre
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

*This is a part-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
