VRMMM Flooring is growing, and we're looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Professional to join our team!

If you're an experienced salesperson who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing the sale, this could be a great opportunity to grow with a local flooring company!

VRMMM Flooring proudly serves homeowners, businesses, property managers, contractors, and real estate professionals throughout the Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, North Port, and surrounding areas.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

You'll meet with customers in their homes to understand their flooring needs, recommend the right products and installation solutions, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

This is a relationship-driven, in-home sales position for someone who is comfortable taking a lead from the initial consultation through the close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet with homeowners throughout the Bradenton/Sarasota area
• Conduct professional in-home flooring consultations
• Measure rooms and evaluate project requirements
• Recommend flooring products based on the customer's needs and budget
• Present product, installation, and project options
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Follow up with leads and estimates
• Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Confidently ask for the sale and close opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and project information
• Work closely with our installation and production team to ensure a smooth customer experience

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in in-home sales
• Comfortable selling directly to homeowners
• Confident presenting pricing and asking for the sale
• Professional, personable, and trustworthy
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent at follow-up
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Familiar with the Bradenton/Sarasota residential market
• Experienced in flooring, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, cabinets, countertops, or another home-improvement industry
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Build trust → Identify the customer's needs → Present the right solution → Handle objections → Follow up → Close the deal.
