We are rapidly growing and seeking a few **experienced sales representatives** who can hit the ground running and help us continue delivering top-tier results for homeowners and businesses across the area. **This is a W-2 employee position.**

Job Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Inspecting roofs and assessing condition, damage, and customer needs

• Running leads generated by the office

• Prospecting for new leads through networking, referrals, and self-generated activity

• Presenting our roofing systems, materials, and solutions in a clear, professional manner

• Closing sales and securing signed contracts

• Completing thorough follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and move deals forward

• Building lasting relationships with clients while accurately representing the company

• Coordinating with the production and office teams as needed

• Maintaining organized records of leads, appointments, and sales activity

This is a full-cycle sales role that combines field work, presentations, and relationship-driven selling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strongly preferred but not necessary (roofing, home improvement, construction, or related industries a plus)

• Comfortable inspecting roofs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in Florida weather

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

• Ability to pass a background check
