Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell Royal Ruby Tea products across assigned retail outlets in Lucknow.

* Drive sales and ensure regular product availability at Spencer’s stores.

* Visit Spencer’s and other supermarkets, modern trade outlets, and retail stores on a regular basis.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, supervisors, distributors, and other retail partners.

* Take orders and coordinate with the company/distributor for timely supply and stock replenishment.

* Ensure proper shelf placement, product visibility, merchandising, and display at retail outlets.

* Monitor stock levels and help prevent stock-outs.

* Track sales movement and identify opportunities to improve secondary sales.

* Develop new retail outlets and expand Royal Ruby Tea’s distribution across Lucknow.

* Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and visibility targets.

* Support in-store promotions, sampling, or other sales activation activities when required.

* Collect regular market feedback regarding customer demand, pricing, retailer response, and competitor activity.

* Share sales updates and market reports with management.

* Ensure proper follow-up with retailers for orders and repeat business.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
