Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, promoting properties, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, social media, networking, and other marketing channels.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and tenants and understand their property requirements.
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties to clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients and support the closing process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Stay updated on property market trends, projects, prices, and competitors.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
