Job Summary:
We are looking for a Deputy Sales Associate to guide customers in purchasing Term & Health Insurance policies, understand their requirements, provide suitable recommendations, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and guide them through the insurance buying process.
• Recommend suitable Term & Health Insurance products.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
