Job Title: Sales Representative – Highlight House, Christmas Lighting Division
Location: Atlanta, GA (local candidates only)
Seasonal Role: October 15 – December 15, 2026
Employment Type: Seasonal, commission-based independent contractor (1099)

Highlight House is a premium Christmas lighting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Greater Atlanta area.

We’re looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team during the 2026 holiday season.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals. You’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Atlanta, help them create custom holiday lighting displays, and play a key role in growing our business during our busiest season of the year.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout the Atlanta area to discuss their holiday lighting needs.
• Conduct in-person sales appointments and present customized lighting options.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing leads.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver a professional customer experience.
• Close sales and help drive revenue throughout the holiday season.
• Generate leads through personal networking, outreach, referrals, and other sales efforts.
• Represent the Highlight House brand professionally in the community.

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven to close business
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the Atlanta area
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but work ethic, personality, and drive are more important
• Must be available throughout the majority of the seasonal period

Compensation

• 8% commission on revenue sold
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Significant earning potential during the holiday season
