About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Outdoor Sales & Marketing Representative to drive corporate meal plan sales and distribution across office towers in Business Bay. If you are proactive, good at building relationships, and results-driven, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and pitch corporate meal plans/staff catering services to companies and office towers across Business Bay.
• Generate leads, build relationships with business managers and HR personnel, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate daily meal orders and oversee smooth distribution to corporate clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high satisfaction and continuous orders.

Requirements

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills in English.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales, corporate sales, or F&B marketing in Dubai is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the Business Bay area and corporate office setups.
• Self-starter with a clear focus on hitting sales targets.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 1,500 fixed basic salary per month.
• Commission: High commission structure based on sales volume (uncapped earnings potential).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Meals: Free daily lunch provided by the company.
