Sales Representative – Financial Services

Your earning potential should grow with your results. American Financial is looking for motivated Account Executives who can build trust, follow through, and close. This is a commission-based sales opportunity with no cap on earnings and no fixed salary or guaranteed income.

Top performers may earn up to $30,000 in a month, depending on production. We provide sales training, coaching, and qualified sales opportunities to help you build your pipeline and sharpen your skills.

What you’ll do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, and email.
• Learn about their financial circumstances and explain available options clearly.
• Guide qualified prospects from the first conversation through a decision.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and document activity in our CRM.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and compliance requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Confidence starting conversations, handling objections, and asking for the business.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• The drive to manage a busy pipeline and improve your results.
• Comfort using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.

Experience in financial services, debt relief, lending, mortgages, insurance, tax relief, or high-ticket sales is a plus.
