We are an established water filtration company with more than 75 years of experience helping families improve the quality of the water in their homes.

We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team. No prior water-filtration experience is required. We provide training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customers’ water concerns and needs.
• Educate customers on water quality and available filtration solutions.
• Recommend customized water filtration solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
• Present products and solutions clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Stay knowledgeable about the company's water filtration products, services, and solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or home services is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building rapport.
• Motivated, dependable, and professional.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
