Duties

• Engage with customers in retail stores or on the road to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build lasting client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
• Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or provide on-site support while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
• Assist customers with upselling opportunities by presenting additional products or services that meet their needs
• Manage automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, unloading, and heavy lifting using proper lifting practices
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and route schedules for efficiency
• Follow safety protocols during commercial truck driving and ensure compliance with all safety standards

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations, order processing, and inventory management
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices during product handling
• Familiarity with commercial driving, route planning, and automobile transportation logistics
• Understanding of DOT regulations related to commercial truck driving and route safety
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and client information efficiently
• Customer relationship building skills to foster trust and loyalty over time
• Military experience is considered a valuable asset for discipline and operational excellence
