Are you outgoing, confident, and someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to new people?

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Kota Kinabalu. This is a hands-on, client-facing role — perfect for someone who enjoys getting out of the office, meeting business owners, introducing our products and building relationships with potential customers.

Fresh graduates are welcome! Experience is a bonus, but what matters most to us is that you are interested in sales, willing to learn, and comfortable approaching new people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meet and communicate with new and existing customers
• Actively generate your own sales leads and look for new business opportunities
• Identify and approach potential customers through visits, calls, networking and other sales activities
• Visit potential clients and introduce our products & services
• Follow up with company-provided enquiries as well as self-generated leads
• Understand customers’ business needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up consistently with potential customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
• Plan your daily client visits and manage your own sales activities
• Work towards individual sales targets

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing and genuinely enjoys interacting with new people
• Not afraid to approach or start conversations with potential customers
• Willing to actively look for new customers rather than waiting for enquiries to come in
• Genuinely interested in sales and learning how to develop new business
• Confident, proactive and willing to take initiative
• Responsible and able to manage your own time and follow-ups
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates
• Fresh graduates are welcome — sales experience is not required, but you must be willing to learn and put yourself out there
• Training and product knowledge will be provided
• Must have a valid driving license and own transportation

Salary & Benefits:

💰 RM2,000 – RM2,500 basic salary + commission & bonuses

Working Hours:

📍 Kota Kinabalu
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

This position involves regular client visits and meeting potential customers outside the office, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
