SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Knows how to handle Social Media Account like Facebook, Tiktok, Shopee

2. Selling IT product online, communicates with customers via chat or calls and explains product features, worked productively to determine the needs of customers and fast track to the solutions to their needs, assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes

3. Processing the orders, following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise

4. Be able to develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers and new clients

5. Encoding all the personal data and sales from potential buyers and the products they want

6. Perform regular competitor monitoring to bring new ideas and strategies

7. Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.

Requirements:

*Information Technology, Computer Science and Marketing background is an advantage

* Facebook platforms or other online selling experience is an advantage (if don't have, we can train)

*Knowledge in any Computer Peripherals and Devices is an advantage.

*Sales experience in an IT products is an advantage such as (Server, Firewall, AI PC)

*Have interest in AI knowledge and technolgy and can use AI Tools

* Experience in technical company is an advantage. (for example, computer, IT or relevant)

* Proficiency in using computers and office software such as Excel, Word.

*Ability to know how to effectively communicate with clients, discover client's needs, lose the deals, solve

their problems patiently and quickly.

*Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
