Sales Representative

We are a reputed facility management firm based in Thiruvananthapuram, providing professional housekeeping, cleaning, and facility support services to commercial, institutional, and residential clients. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our client base across Kerala.

Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and promoting our facility management services and cleaning solutions. This is a field-based role with regular travel across Thiruvananthapuram and other districts of Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients such as hospitals, hotels, offices, schools, apartments, and industrial units
• Present and promote the company's facility management and related services
• Visit client sites, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the team for quotations
• Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Gather market information on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
• Maintain daily sales reports and update the management regularly
• Travel across Trivandrum and Kerala as required for client meetings and site visits

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or marketing is required
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone apps

Added Advantage

• Experience in the chemical industry or in facility management / housekeeping services
• Existing contacts with corporates, institutions, or property managers
