Sales Representative

Sensa Nova Glass & Aluminum Installation LLC is looking for a motivated and well-connected Freelance Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and bring in clients for our glass and aluminium works.

This is a commission-based freelance position, ideal for individuals who have experience in sales, construction, interior fit-out, aluminium and glass, real estate, property maintenance, contracting, or related industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, developing business relationships, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for glass and aluminium works.
• Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, site visits, social media, contractors, consultants, developers, property owners and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business contacts.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the company team for quotations and project proposals.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the company for site visits, measurements and technical discussions when required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and maximize project opportunities.
• Represent Sensa Nova professionally when dealing with customers and business partners.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in glass, aluminium, construction, interior fit-out, renovation or building materials.
• Existing contacts or networks within the construction, real estate, property management or contracting sectors will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to identify genuine sales opportunities and convert leads into projects.
• Professional attitude and good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.
• UAE-based candidates with an existing network are preferred.

Commission & Earnings

This is a commission-based freelance position.

• Purely commission based job.
• Commission will be paid for successfully secured and confirmed projects, subject to the company's agreed commission structure.
• Higher sales performance means higher earning potential.
• Commission terms will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
