Grain Elevator Repair Products is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow existing accounts. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions in industrial and agricultural markets.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, purchasing, and engineering professionals.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend GERP solutions, including glassSTEEL® and instaGRIP® products.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate samples, and support the sales process from initial contact through repeat business.
• Grow existing accounts by uncovering additional locations, applications, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries to help drive revenue growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence making outbound sales calls and engaging new customers.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to learn technical products and industry applications.
• Experience in sales, customer service, industrial, agricultural, or manufacturing industries is a plus. [
