Sales Representative

Shine Time Window Cleaning | Las Vegas, NV

Shine Time Window Cleaning is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position focuses on generating new customers through door-to-door residential sales and direct business outreach.

You will be responsible for creating new opportunities, building relationships with homeowners and businesses, setting appointments, and helping grow Shine Time's residential and commercial customer base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods
• Visit local businesses and introduce our commercial window cleaning services
• Generate new leads and schedule estimates
• Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and contractors
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and in-person outreach
• Present Shine Time's services professionally and confidently
• Close new customers and help generate recurring service accounts
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
• Represent Shine Time Window Cleaning professionally in the community

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
• Competitive and motivated to earn based on performance
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales
