Sales Representative - Tuesday to Friday
(flexible hours can be considered)

We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals with a good telephone manor, confident on the phones and strong sales ability to offer exclusive hair / beauty products to clients and provide supplies that they might need. On top of your basic salary you will also receive generous commission on any sales you make.

Applicants will be expected to:

• Make telephone calls to offer products to potentially interested customers. (calls will be monitored)
• Work from office location in watford
• Enter notes and details in a spreadsheet
• Provide regular updates to management throughout the day.

Skills and experience required:
Confident on the phones and good telephone manor

-Training will be provided on the products we specialise in.
-Telephone sales training
-Training and experience using spreadsheets to a basic level.

These skills are valuable when going on to progress your career with us or elsewhere.

Certain roles/tasks will also present the opportunity to hone a specific area of expertise, such as sales.

We will monitor the following:

– Telephone performance. Achieving key performance indicators, good customer conversations, setting call backs, monitoring call rates, conversion rates, following sales process.

Pay: £13.00-£35.00 per hour
