Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Urbana, IL.
• The Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with clients, and offer solutions based on the company’s full range of sign products and services.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing estimates and proposals, following up on leads, and walking customers though our offered products.
• The role involves collaborating with design, production, and onsite teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and delivered.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of signage, construction, or related industries, with the ability to read or interpret measurements.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple quotes, orders, and customer interactions simultaneously.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
