Job Description

Third Generation Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Previous sales experience is required. Experience in roofing or construction is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who understands the sales process, is motivated to generate business, and is comfortable working in the field.

We are willing to provide roofing-specific training to the right candidate who already has a proven background in sales.

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
• Conduct roof inspections and take accurate measurements.
• Meet with homeowners and property owners to discuss roofing needs.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Follow up with customers and close sales.
• Safely climb ladders and walk residential and commercial roofs.
• Coordinate with management and production teams.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is REQUIRED.
• Roofing or construction experience strongly preferred.
• Must own a reliable truck.
• Must be able to carry, transport, and safely use an extension ladder.
• Must be physically capable of climbing, walking, inspecting, and measuring roofs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available Monday through Saturday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and professional.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors.
