About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position focuses on generating new business and helping residential and commercial customers with PERMANENT LED lighting, pressure washing and professional window cleaning services.

The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right LED lighting and window cleaning solutions
• Conduct sales presentations and provide estimates
• Follow up with leads and potential customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Represent the company professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates without sales experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable with commission-based earning opportunities
