Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This role requires a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who excels at face-to-face interactions, understands customer needs, and can present solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential customers through multiple channels to promote company products and services.
• Follow up on leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adapting to changing needs.
• Develop and execute sales plans, monitor performance, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Manage sales data, analyze results, and optimize strategies while gaining insights into market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide expertise and continuously improve sales strategies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or above.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Conditions & Physical Environment:

• Ability to use a computer and telephone and review digital and printed materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
