Elite Compensation Structure

• 50–60% profit share (approximately 23–35% of total contract)

• Educate property owners and guide them through the restoration process

• Deliver professional presentations and close business confidently

• Partner with operations to ensure a best-in-class customer experience

• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistent activity levels
