Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, assist with sales activities, and maintain good relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with customers, willing to learn our products, and able to support the sales team in reaching its targets.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and potential orders

• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients

• Prepare quotations and other sales-related documents

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding customer requirements and orders

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints

• Monitor pending orders and follow up on delivery updates

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

• Help achieve sales targets and support the company's sales activities

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented

• Computer literate and comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and other office applications

• Willing to learn about the company's products

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
