About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our silver jewellery team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally in the showroom.
• Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Showcase and explain silver jewellery designs, collections, and product features.
• Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and care.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure jewellery is properly presented.
• Assist with billing, stock coordination, and basic inventory activities.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, or luxury sales preferred.
• Customer-oriented and confident personality.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of silver jewellery is an advantage.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
