Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service for a large furniture distrivution company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage customers effectively. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, conducting product demos, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Supervise and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in the furniture industry is a strong plus but not required.
• Some driving and travelling required.
• Strong basic math skills are required for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience in supervising or training staff is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
