About Us

Coastal Outdoor Services is a family-owned outdoor construction and landscaping company. We build outdoor living spaces homeowners actually use: patios, pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, turf, irrigation, planting, and full backyard transformations. We’re licensed , our crews are skilled, and our pipeline is growing. We need a driven sales rep to turn that demand into booked projects.

The Role

You’ll own the sale from first contact to signed contract. We provide the leads; you call them, book the appointment, meet the homeowner, design the scope with them, build the estimate, and close the job. Then our crews handle the build.

What You’ll Do

• Call and follow up with incoming leads quickly and professionally
• Schedule and run in-home consultations and site walks
• Measure, assess, and scope landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor living projects
• Build accurate estimates and proposals
• Present options, handle objections, and close contracts
• Hand off signed jobs to our project managers with clear notes
• Track your pipeline and follow up consistently on open estimates

Compensation

• 100% commission on booked jobs, with rates that vary by project type and size
• No cap on earnings. Reps who work the pipeline consistently can earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year
• Company-provided leads, so you’re not starting from zero

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience, ideally in-home, construction, Pool Building/ Remodeling, landscaping, Hardscaping
• Confidence on the phone and in front of homeowners
• Ability to read a yard, take measurements, and talk through materials and design (we’ll train the right person)
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with follow-up
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable with a smartphone, tablet, and basic estimating software

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of pavers, concrete, retaining walls, irrigation, turf, or plants
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Existing network in the local homeowner or builder community
