Ripcord Construction is growing, and we're looking for motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our sales team.

Experience in roofing? Great.

No roofing experience but have the drive to learn and succeed? We want to talk to you.

We believe successful salespeople are built through training, structure, accountability, and opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify potential damage.
• Present professional estimates and explain roofing solutions.
• Educate homeowners on products, warranties, and installation processes.
• Assist homeowners throughout the insurance claim process when applicable.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain sales activity in our CRM.
• Work toward established weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Previous roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
