Abstract Capital Group is looking for motivated salespeople to join our Brooklyn office. We help business owners access working capital and financing, and we’re seeking driven individuals who enjoy connecting with people, making calls, and building strong client relationships.

The Role

• Reach out to business owners by phone, email, and other sales channels

• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls

• Learn about clients’ businesses and financing needs

• Explain available financing options

• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Motivated individuals with a strong work ethic

• Confident communicators who are comfortable making calls

• Organized, persistent, and consistent with client follow-ups

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Experience in sales, Merchant Cash Advance, or business financing is a plus, but not required
