Duties

• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients’ life insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options -will meet clients face-to-face
• Negotiate policy terms and premium rates to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs
• Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and following up on leads
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the enrollment process
• Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance and benefits administration standards, to ensure ethical sales practices

Qualifications

• Life Insurance license preferred (support available for candidates not yet licensed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Roofing, solar, auto sales, bartending experience is preferred, but not required
