Sales Representative

I. Sales Targets

· Assist in achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for the assigned distributor market.

· Be responsible for achieving distribution coverage and monthly sales targets for key products.

· Achieve initial order volume and distribution targets for new product launches.

II. Channel and Outlet Management

· Supervise the daily operations of outlets in the assigned market, ensuring the implementation of the Three Fixed Standards: fixed personnel, fixed location, and fixed schedule, and ensuring efficient utilization of company freezers.

· Develop new outlets monthly: implement freezer placement standards and achieve the monthly outlet development targets assigned by the company.

III. Marketing Activities / Trade Marketing Execution

· Assist and supervise the assigned market in completing the monthly marketing activities assigned by the company, such as school promotions, events, promotional activities, and marketing materials placement.

· Conduct differentiated marketing and promotional activities based on the characteristics of each market, focusing on outlets to increase sales and continuously improve sales contribution per store.

IV. Market Information and Competitor Research

·  Record market issues, including actual selling prices at outlets, store complaints, product melting/losses, store-owner concerns, and local consumer preferences.

· Regularly submit market research reports, sales analysis reports, and corrective action plans to the immediate supervisor.

V. Other Responsibilities

· Complete other temporary or ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.
