Sales Representative

The Sales Representative drives sales growth by achieving targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong in-store execution for Energizer products across assigned areas.

• Manage and grow sales of Energizer products (e.g., batteries, flashlights, portable lighting, light bulbs, auto care) within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
• Execute daily store visits to ensure optimal product visibility, stock availability, and point-of-sale (POS) compliance.
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order taking from customers.
• Utilize SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools for accurate reporting of sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback.
• Support the execution of in-store displays and promotional campaigns to drive sell-out.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and product availability.

Additional

• Ad hoc compilation of forecast quantities for merchandising needs.

• Handle small key accounts and support their sales growth.

• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.

• 3-6 years’ Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains.
