High-Ticket AV & Stage Equipment Sales Representative

Live Tour Tech is hiring 2 motivated sales representative to help close inbound leads for stage equipment, truss lifts, LED video walls, and live event production equipment.

We receive daily quote requests from customers looking for high-ticket equipment packages, with many closed deals worth $10,000+. We are looking for someone who can respond quickly, qualify serious buyers, build trust, send quotes, follow up consistently, and close deals professionally.

This role is a great fit for someone with experience in AV sales, event production, staging, lighting, LED walls, construction equipment, solar, HVAC, roofing, commercial equipment, or other high-ticket sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Call inbound leads quickly and professionally
• Qualify customers based on budget, timeline, project type, and needs
• Explain product options and recommend the right equipment package
• Send quotes and follow up consistently until the deal is closed or clearly lost
• Handle objections around price, shipping, timing, and product fit
• Keep organized notes in the CRM
• Follow up with old leads and open quotes
• Help improve scripts, follow-up systems, and the overall sales process

Requirements

• Proven sales experience
• Strong phone communication skills
• Comfortable selling high-ticket products
• Fast follow-up and strong organization
• Ability to handle objections without being pushy
• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales role
• Experience in AV, staging, lighting, event production, equipment sales, or B2B sales is a major plus

Compensation

This is a performance-driven sales role with strong commission upside. Compensation includes hourly/base pay plus commission, depending on experience.

Strong closers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more as lead volume and sales performance increase.
