Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative in the insulation industry, you will manage a sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities and ensure customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be a key member of the team, contributing to the next phase of business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress a sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to closing
• Identify and convert new business opportunities into active accounts
• Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records daily
• Analyse customer trends and provide insights to support pricing, product development and service improvements
• Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency

About you

• Strong computer skills, including Office 365
• Demonstrated resilience and a results driven mindset
• Proven ability to negotiate and secure profitable outcomes
• Positive attitude with a strong, team focused approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep the team informed each day
• Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver fast, accurate results
• Experience within the insulation or building materials industry is advantageous
• Familiarity with insulation products such as batts, roofing blanket, sarking and vapour permeable membranes is preferred but not essential
