SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Middelburg, Mpumalanga

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for R&F Tissue Mills.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote our tissue products and provide customers with product information and quotations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and report on sales activity.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and dispatch teams to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain a high standard of service.
• Keep customer records and sales reports accurate and up to date.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or wholesale.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining customer records.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
