Location: Lekki (4 openings) and Victoria Island (2 openings), Lagos

Anthrop Management Limited is recruiting for her client, a luxury household and body essentials brand with stores in Lekki and Victoria Island.

Job Summary

The Sales Representatives will attend to walk-in clients, sell the company's products and deliver an excellent in-store experience that keeps customers coming back. We are looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who will meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to clients in the store, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Drive sales and meet or exceed set sales targets.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.

Carry out regular stock taking and keep accurate records of stock and sales.

Keep the store, shelves and product displays neat, organised and attractive.

Process sales transactions accurately.

Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements

Minimum of OND; HND or B.Sc. is an added advantage.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, well-presented and proactive.

A strong team player with a positive attitude.

Basic numeracy and computer skills.

Candidates must live on Lagos Island or nearby areas, such as Lekki, Ikate, Jakande, Ajah and environs.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

No work on Sundays

2 additional days off every month
