Job summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving individual revenue targets through proactive prospecting, effective negotiation, and disciplined use of the CRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and marketing leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
• Conduct professional property tours, presentations, and site inspections.
• Negotiate terms with clients and close sales in line with company policies.
• Accurately record and update all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
• Assist clients with required sales documentation and payment processes.
• Stay informed about property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline, and sales performance to the Group Manager/Head of Sales.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of an HND in a related field
