Duties

• Actively engage with customers in commercial settings to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
• Conduct route driving to visit clients,
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up
• Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling equipment during activities
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and route schedules to optimize efficiency

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and basic math for accurate transactions and quotations
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments or sales roles with a focus on customer relationship building
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
• Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising customer trust
• Organizational skills to manage multiple routes, client appointments, and merchandising tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with merchandising principles to ensure product displays are attractive and compliant with company standards

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
