Bailey Toliver RV is looking for a dependable, motivated salesperson to join our family-owned dealership in Brownfield, Texas. We need someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in learning the product, and follows through with customers.

Buying an RV is a big decision. Our ideal candidate can build relationships, explain options clearly, and stay engaged with customers throughout their shopping process.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with expected annual earnings of $30,000–$45,000. Actual earnings depend on sales performance; the stated range is an estimate, not guaranteed compensation.

Schedule

Our dealership is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. This position works five days per week, with every Saturday required, one weekday off, and Sundays off.

What you’ll do

• Help customers find new and pre-owned RVs that fit their needs and budget.
• Conduct informative walk-throughs and product demonstrations.
• Learn our inventory and use provided training materials to prepare accurate presentations.
• Respond promptly to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries.
• Record customer contact information and maintain organized follow-up in our CRM.
• Build relationships with prospects through consistent, professional communication.
• Work with management, finance, and service to coordinate a smooth purchase and delivery.
• Help create inventory photos and short videos for dealership marketing.

• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow dealership processes.
• Comfort using computers, smartphones, and customer-management software.
• Professionalism, honesty, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to guide customers throughout the lot and demonstrate RV interiors, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

RV, automotive, retail sales, or other customer-facing experience is preferred. Candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
