About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Global Sales And Marketing Sabah Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and securing new sales opportunities. This full-time position is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and offers excellent career development prospects within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach activities
• Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Providing regular sales performance reports and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
• A motivational, self-driven, and competitive mindset
