Sales Associate

Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• To assist customers promptly.
• To make the customers feel welcomed within the store.
• To answer all phone calls.
• To send estimates by email and/ or fax.
• To coordinate the schedule of installation and services with the technicians.
• Exceed all personal sales goals.
• Develop and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Operate the cash register, accept payment, make change, and provide receipts for customers.
• Exchange names with customers, determine their needs, and use various resources to educate customers and assist them in choosing the right selections.
• Collaborate with the team to support and achieve the goals of the company.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift or as scheduled.
• Follow management direction in completing other duties as required.

Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certification, Licenses & Registrations, Skills, Physical Demands:

• Highly Self Motivated Individuals
• Previous retail selling experience, preferably at least six months
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision
• Must have ride / own transportation to the store
