Sales Specialist
Join Fusion CX and help drive business growth by identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle sales inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Sales experience or a background in a sales account is an advantage.
- Good English communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
