Are you passionate about sales, confident in communicating with people, and motivated by achieving targets? International Call Group (ICG) is looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Follow the approved sales script and compliance procedures.
• Accurately capture customer information and sales on company systems.
• Maintain professional customer service and build positive customer relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate may be required, depending on the campaign.
• 3–6 months of call centre sales experience is advantageous or compulsory, depending on the campaign.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, professional, reliable, and enthusiastic.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Two compulsory alternate Saturdays per month: 09:00 – 13:00.
