Sales Representative

We are Hiring: Sales Representative

Digital Express is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, building strong client relationships, and have experience within the printing, signage, textile, or fabric industries, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

· Promote and sell the company's large format printing, signage, textile, fabric, and dye sublimation printing solutions.

· Conduct client visits, needs assessments, and product presentations to identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders to secure business.

· Monitor customer accounts and work closely with the finance department to ensure payments are up to date before production commences.

· Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports using company systems.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new products within the printing, signage, and textile sectors.

· Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure projects are delivered according to client expectations and deadlines.

· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly and professionally.

· Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

· Matric (Grade 12).

· 3-5 years' proven sales experience.

· Experience within the fabric and textile industry.

· Knowledge of dye sublimation printing.

· Experience in large format printing, signage, and small format printing.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

· Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales target

Pay: R5 000,00 - R29 000,00 per month
