Sales Representative

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services, emphasizing upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members via phone or in person to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Prior retail store experience or customer service background demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math for calculating costs and discounts.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships through effective client communication and personalized service.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules
